When you visit this website
Our website platform, Wix, records technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time of visit — to keep the site running and secure and to count visits.
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site and in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
When you book an appointment
Booking runs through Healthie, our practice management platform.
It stores your name, email address, telephone number, and appointment details in order to schedule and deliver the service you have booked (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract).
Healthie, Inc. is established in the United States, outside the European Economic Area.
These transfers take place under appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR — EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You should be aware that the level of protection in the United States may differ from EU standards, and that US public authorities may in certain circumstances be able to access data.
No health information is collected at this stage.
Health data is collected only after you have received and signed the Client Consent Form.
