The story

From the outside, my path looked exciting:

Working for global names like Live Nation in Berlin’s music industry, earning a Master’s degree in Political Science and Management, and later stepping into EU politics at the European Parliament.

But behind the success, I was struggling.

Toxic work environments left me drained, and in my twenties I was caught in a painful cycle with food — dieting, bingeing, and feeling like I would never be at peace with my body.

For nearly a decade, I tried everything: psychotherapy, behavioural therapy, group programs.

Nothing touched the root.

I truly believed I was broken — that food freedom and healing my disordered eating were impossible, at least for me.

What changed everything was discovering Intuitive Eating.

Through countless hours of study, podcasts, and practice, I finally experienced something I hadn’t felt in years: peace with food and trust in my body.

Eating became first acceptable, then joyful again.

The obsession lifted. I knew I wanted to help others find this same freedom.

That’s why I trained as a Diet Binge Recovery Coach.

But food freedom was just the beginning.

Once I stopped fighting my body, I asked myself a bigger question: How can I not just live free from food guilt — but also live healthy and thriving, for decades to come?

Healing the relationship with food is   just the beginning

That question became urgent when, during a period of toxic work stress, I received a difficult diagnosis and found myself shuttling between doctors’ offices.

I experienced firsthand how impersonal conventional medicine can feel — often relying on outdated protocols, focusing on symptoms instead of prevention, and reaching too quickly for pharmaceutical fixes.

If you want a truly proactive approach to health — ideally grounded in cutting-edge science — you quickly see the limits of conventional care.

The system is built to treat disease once it appears, not to guide you in building longevity and preventing illness in the first place.

This realization led me to the science of longevity — the study of ageing well, proactive health, and prevention.

And I quickly saw both its promise and its pitfalls.

On one side: powerful insights into how nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress shape our health span.

On the other: overwhelming protocols, endless supplement stacks, and approaches too rigid to sustain — and too triggering for someone with a history of disordered eating.

I realized what was missing: a path where intuition meets precision. Evidence-based guidance, grounded in science, but applied with compassion and sustainability.

A way to care for the body’s future without sacrificing freedom in the present.

To deepen my expertise, I enrolled in one of the world’s leading longevity programs at the Human Longevity Institute in North Carolina, training as a Precision Clinical Longevity Practitioner.

My focus is supporting midlife professionals who are tired of diets, overwhelmed by hacks, and ready for a new approach:

  • One that honours their relationship with food.

  • One that uses science without rigidity.

  • One that makes longevity not just possible — but liveable.

This is the work I do now: helping people design a lifestyle of freedom and vitality they can sustain for decades to come.
